Job Skills / Requirements
Maintenance manager oversees all aspects of the maintenance and janitorial departments, costs, training and ordering of parts and supplies.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide a safe environment for all employees to work in
Maintain equipment with weekly, monthly, yearly preventive maintenance
Troubleshooting of equipment
Maintaining spreadsheets to track utility use
Maintaining weekly/monthly/yearly budget
Parts inventory and replacement
Training of maintenance mechanics
Strong electrical skills required
Education Requirements (Any)
High School Diploma
