February 2020 – Healthcare Linen Services Group (HLSG), a leading provider of linen management services to the healthcare and hospitality industries, has partnered with Geotab. HLSG will now utilize Geotab’s Fleet Management Solution across all divisions, Logan’s Healthcare Linens, Logan’s Uniform Rentals, Superior Health Linens, and Textile Care Services. Geotab’s open platform, connects commercial vehicles to the internet and provides web-based analytics to help customers better manage their fleets. Geotab leverages data analytics and machine learning to help customers improve productivity, optimize fleets through the reduction of fuel consumption, enhance driver safety, and achieve strong compliance to regulatory changes.
February 2020 – Healthcare Linen Services Group (HLSG), a leading provider of linen management services to the healthcare and hospitality industries, has partnered with eMaint™. HLSG will now utilize eMaint™ CMMS Software across all divisions, Logan’s Healthcare Linens, Logan’s Uniform Rentals, Superior Health Linens, and Textile Care Services. eMaint’s proprietary technology innovation is a comprehensive asset and maintenance management system that enables data-driven strategies to extend the life of assets (repair vs. replace) and improve ROI. The software’s ease of configuration allows HLSG to tailor the system for each division’s specific processes and company terms – greatly increasing user adoption of the new system.

Paul Jewison, VP of Engineering (HLSG) and GM (Textile Care Services), describes the material-handling system in the Textile Care Services, a member of HLSG, plant in Rochester, MN. Paul also discusses the many challenges and solutions faced when implementing his exemplary materials-handling system.
January 2020 – Healthcare Linen Services Group (St. Charles, IL) is excited to announce the release of two new proprietary technologies enhancing the customer experience. These software-based customer tools are designed to support the HLSG customer base in managing linen utilization more efficiently. The new customer tools include the “FAST” system which is the feedback and services tracking package that automates customer surveys for real time customer rounding feedback and the “MYDASH” system offering healthcare administration real time key performance indicator metrics tracking in a dashboard format. “HLSG is committed to leading the industry in new and different ways to assist healthcare professionals in managing linen utilization and costs,” stated Greg Schermerhorn, Chief Services Officer.
