Healthcare Linen Services Group (HLSG) is a leading provider of healthcare linen and textile management services, delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions to hospitals, health systems, surgery centers, physician offices and other healthcare organizations across the United States.
In 2026, HLSG became a portfolio company of The Sterling Group, an operationally focused middle-market private equity firm based in Houston, Texas. Sterling partners with companies to support growth, operational excellence and long-term value creation. The partnership marks an exciting new chapter for HLSG as we continue to expand our capabilities, geographic footprint and commitment to the healthcare organizations we serve.
Today, HLSG operates 25 facilities across 21 states and processes more than 380 million pounds of healthcare linen annually. Our growing footprint, combined with decades of industry experience, gives healthcare organizations the resources, expertise and scale they need to effectively manage their linen and textile programs.

In 2026, HLSG expanded its presence in Texas through the acquisition of Texas Textile Service, a Houston-based provider of healthcare linen and laundry services. This addition strengthens HLSG’s presence in the Texas market and further expands our ability to serve healthcare organizations throughout the region.
