- Mentorship: The introduction of a Buddy System paired new team members with seasoned veterans, allowing Production Supervisors more time
- GLSS (Global Linen Services System): Real-time productivity tracking at workstations empowered team members and supervisors with actionable insights, facilitating effective coaching and support.
- Knowledge Sharing: Utilization of videos from other plants within the HLSG Family provided valuable insights and best practices, demonstrating achievable productivity standards and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- GEMBA: Establishment of a central communication hub facilitated real-time updates on various operational aspects including Safety, Quality, Production, Transportation, Maintenance, Customer Service, and HR, fostering stronger cohesion and alignment within the team.
