HLSG is welcoming Brad Jacobsen as the Chief Commercial Officer and Michael Dudczyk as the Chief Operations Officer, both of whom will be instrumental in driving the company's continued expansion and commitment to excellence.
Brad Jacobsen, now serving as the Chief Commercial Officer, brings more than two decades of business leadership experience to HLSG. In his new role, Brad's mission is to guide the enterprise's sales, marketing, customer service, and managed services strategies, all while emphasizing customer retention and fostering growth. His career began in consulting, where he worked closely with clients in various industry sectors. Later, he ventured into the private equity space, holding the position of Vice President of Strategic Services at Irving Place Capital. Most recently, Brad held key positions at the publicly traded Agiliti Corp. (formerly Universal Hospital Services), including National Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Solutions Management & Strategy, and Vice President of Operations.
Michael Dudczyk, now serving as the Chief Operations Officer, has a remarkable journey within the organization. Starting at the ground level on the production floor, Mike's unwavering dedication and impressive track record propelled him to more significant roles with Aramark and Cintas. He joined HLSG in 2019 as the Vice President of Operations, and through hard work, commitment, and exceptional performance, he quickly ascended to Senior Vice President. In his latest role, Mike is fully committed to building upon HLSG's previous successes and establishing a world-class service organization, with a strong focus on production, engineering, safety, and transportation across the entire enterprise.
The addition of Brad Jacobsen and promotion of Michael Dudczyk to the HLSG team reflects the company's strategic vision for growth and dedication to delivering exceptional services.
