HLSG Expands Reach and Market Capacity with Acquisition of Linen King

January 5, 2023 – Healthcare Linen Services Group (HLSG), is excited to announce the acquisition of Linen King, a premier provider of healthcare linen solutions. The acquisition expands HLSG’s operations into the Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas and Tennessee markets, expanding its customer base and adding automated facilities that provide additional capacity to its existing footprint throughout the Midwest while also adding new major customers in south central US markets. Following this transaction, HLSG now operates 21 state-of-the-art processing plants across six premier regional brands – Logan’s Linens, Logan’s Uniform Rental, Superior Health Linens, Textile Care Services, Reino Linen Services, and now Linen King – that process more than 350 million pounds of healthcare linen on an annual basis for over 1,000 customers in 19 states.
